Excellent opportunity to join growing company in RI!  This individual will serve as a primary contact for internal staff members and the sales force, addressing questions and issues relating to the functionality of the company’s software products with emphasis on the technical domain, i.e., information technology, software engineering, configuration management and network administration. 

A minimum of two years experience as a network administrator or technical support specialist is required with demonstrated ability to resolve general break/fix issues for workstations and software applications.  Experience with MS Windows 2000, XP and Server 2003, plus knowledge of network topologies and significant experience with products like MS Terminal Services or Citrix Metaframe preferred.  Great work environment and excellent salary and benefits package!
