Excellent opportunity to lead, develop and manage a professional staff within an Information Systems & Processing department with our Insurance Carrier client! Ability to effectively manage a staff, generate and drive action plans within a deadline-oriented environment is necessary. Proficiency in Project Management to work across departmental lines and work collaboratively with other departments, implementing action plans and quality improvement, required. A conceptual understanding of technology and automation tools utilized is a must and includes; data communication and exchange, knowledge of PC and mainframe environments, spreadsheet and web applications used to obtain data or to assist customers. A Bachelor’s degree or related experience, plus at least four years of supervisory experience and end user knowledge of office support software required.
